Pro Fight's return policy

Satisfaction Guarantee: All products in the Pro Fight family are developed and manufactured to the highest standards possible to ensure maximum effectiveness, performance and quality. However, if you are not fully satisfied with our products, you may return it within 20 days of purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price paid as long as not more than 25% of the product has been used. Refunds will not be issued unless the unused portion of the product is received in our offices. Empty bottles will not be accepted. Products sent under our Free Shipping Policy will be subject to a $7.85 fee. Additionally, you are responsible for return shipping fees. Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return and are subject to a $7.85 fee.

Incorrect / Damaged Product:

You may return any product if we sent you an incorrect or damaged product. Incorrect products must be returned in a sellable (undamaged and sealed) condition. Once product is received and damaged or error is confirmed we will mail you the correct product or if you choose, we will credit or refund the purchase price paid. For your convenience, we will send you a pre-stamped priority mail envelop to return the product.

Order Errors:

If you order the wrong product we will exchange the product as long as it is returned in a sellable condition (undamaged and sealed) or if you choose we will issue a refund or credit. Please note that if the bottle has been opened or damaged, you will only be refunded 75% of the purchase price paid. Please note that your return will be subject to a $7.85 fee. Additionally, you are responsible for return shipping fees.

Return Limitations:

- We will not accept returns for more than one container/package of the same product if they are opened. All others of the same product must be in sellable condition (undamaged and sealed) to qualify for a refund - Returns can be made within 30 days after shipment. There are no refunds or credits after 30 days of receipt of your order - We will not accept subsequent returns of the same product - Returns only apply to products purchased directly from Pro Fight Supplements

Return Procedures:

When making a return please contact us within 20 days of receipt of shipment via e-mail before returning the product and explain in detail the reason for the return. Returns due to damaged, incorrect or order errors should be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt via phone or e-mail.

Refunds:

Once your return has been received and processed, a credit or refund will be issued within 21 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided us. We reserve the right to change our Return Policy at any time without notice.

International Package Returns:

If the package is returned to us due to non-compliance issues we will issue a refund or credit for the purchase price paid less shipping and handling as well as any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, or warehousing fees assessed by customs in your country as long as the products are returned to us in a sellable condition (undamaged and sealed). If the bottle has been opened or damaged, you will be refunded 75% of the purchase price paid minus any other applicable charges as noted above.

If the package is returned to us due to an address error made by you or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the package. Additionally, if the package is abandoned, we will not refund you for the order.
